Shenzhen Shinelong Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japan joint-venture enterprise invested by Rexxam Co., Ltd.(Japan) and Suzhou Sanlong Trading Co., Ltd (China). The company’s core products include PCBA control assemblies for various electronic products, control assemblies for inverter control refrigeration and air-con systems, and OEM/ODM services for commercial and industrial electronic weighing instruments. We also develop and manufacture our own brand REXXAM ophthalmic testing instruments such as non-contact tonometer and various ophthalmic refractometers. Our products mainly exported to Japan, Europe, the United States and other regions.

We have professional circuit R&D and product engineering teams capable of designing and manufacturing high-quality PCBA and electronics control modules. With a production area of 12,000 square meters, we employ 400 staffs, among whom 80 are engaged in product design, engineering and quality control. It is equipped with a full sets of automatic production facilities, including horizontal and vertical dual-head automatic insertion machines, multiple advanced SMT equipment, automatic reflow soldering and wave soldering machines, as well as automatic PCB conformal coating equipments, AOI optical inspection equipment for PCBA mounting and soldering quality control, online ICT testers, multi-functional FCT testers and multiple assembly production lines. Adopting Japan’s advanced 6S management system, we have deployed ERP and MES systems to realize online production information management. With tens years of manufacturing experience, we have certified with ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System . A rigorous integrated management framework covering production operations, customer credit compliance and staff occupational safety has been established, enabling the company to deliver reliable products and services to global partners.
